Really blown away by this beautiful hotel. I didn’t expect so much luxury in this section of town. Really really lovely. ||Upon arrival we were warmly greeted with a glass of Prosecco and, although we were early our room was ready. ||Really lovely room and very comfortable. We were not hindered by the building works at all, although the silhouette of a workman passing our window was an unexpected but comical shock especially as we were on the 3 floor. ||The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming and friendly. ||I made a mistake by not booking breakfast when I booked or upon check-in and it was quite expensive BUT really lovely food and experience. ||Thank you to all the team for making us feel so welcome. I would highly recommend it and am glad to have found this beautiful hotel in this area where we stay quite often. We will come back again.

Attended for a Bottomless brunch yesterday. Food was very good, starters were awesome, eggs good however the muffin was a little solid. Mains - honestly I do not think they were needed - they had no flow with the rest of the food we were eating and honestly I wish I’d had more of the starters. The desserts however, were devine.||Staff were excellent, especially Raj! Thank you Raj for being so welcoming to us all. ||Will definitely be back

Thanks to Sam, I have rarely felt more welcomed at a hotel. I stayed in December, '24, and January, '25. Both excellent experiences. The rooms are the most spacious and comfortable of any London hotel I've stayed at. The executive lounge is large and well-stocked. One visit included a very large number of noisy children, however. I hope that's not the norm!||I plan on making the Hilton Bankside my home base on any future trips to London. +++

Lovely stay at this hotel. The Hotel was very clean and stylish. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with extensive choice. All the staff were exceptionally friendly especially Miro. Will definitely visit again.

We use Hilton a lot for business and pleasure and they are all at a very high standard, this one is no different. Reception staff were great, rooms were lovely and breakfast was delicious. We went in December and so there was a lovely Christmas touch. My only tiny tiny gripe was the bar staff seemed to have a tiny bit of an attitude. They didn’t seem to have the patience with us. My partner run a tab on the first night and it was over £1k, which is fine, we know what we are paying for and don’t mind but with that we’d like to too be sighed at when we give the wrong room number 😊 very small gripe though as understand how busy the bar was and people were getting very merry .

The first steps into the Hotel Your greeted by Daniel the door man ,who is so welcoming and friendly and your mood is instantly happy. |What a great start to a stay .|I was upgraded as being a Hilton Honors member for over 10 years. |The room was nice ,how ever being 2 of us one chair, so watching T.V we had no choice to sit on beds .|This is not my personal preference, shame as the room was big enough a put a small couch .|The food in the Hotel is amazing, breakfast 10 out of 10 .|Something for everyone. |Hotel is located in a site seeing area ,so much to do and see .|Please send my thanks to Daniel as I think he does his job just perfect and is a asset to the Hilton group and made us feel so welcome

Raj was fabulous, we were celebrating our daughters 30th birthday with 30 people and had a great afternoon and brunch with his excellent service too. Value for money and a great place to celebrate with friends and family. The ambience was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We had a great time at the hotel gin bar. The bartenders named Shashank, Selwyn and Ashok were experts on gin and gave us a new appreciation for this liquor which we had written off as Americans. Definitely try the flavored gins, especially the ones flavored with rhubarb. Exquisite!
