Absolute PERFECT customer service! I had an issue with my mac laptop that apple, pc world etc, Could not or WOULD not fix. I need my laptop for work as i work abroad, I had 3 hours to get my laptop fixed SOMEHOW before I would have to board my flight. I called HOBB-ITS computer repairs and he actually travelled to ME and voila! Fixed the issue within 10 minutes, now I have a perfectly working mac again and i recieved some of the best customer service i have ever recieved! 5* purely based on the customer service alone! Definately would recommend to my friends!!

Hobbs IT were incredibly helpful and insightful to my business when we were in need of repair advice. I addressed the problem to Jimmy, who gave me excellent advice on the problem. The advice he gave me came out of complete goodwill, as I found out I had to go direct to the manufacturer, instead of Hobbs IT. Instead of giving up there, Jimmy helped us find the best and most affordable solutions to our problem, completely for free. I would highly recommend this honest and respectable business to anyone in need of a good repair.

Hobbs offers great IT services to suit whatever IT assistance you need. Jimmy has assisted with implementing a faster and more efficient email host for our business, he has sorted a number of IT issues and has installed new hardware when we were adding employees, and given us some great advice on how to keep our IT costs down going forward.
Most of the time he can sort issues remotely and very fast, so downtime is reduced if there is any issues. Overall our computers are running much better and faster than before we started using Hobbs-ITS. Great service!

A a new business, James's expertise in setting up my Google Business Profile was invaluable. Doing this on my own would have taken ages, but James got everything sorted in no time and had great advice for next steps. He is extremely knowledgeable, highly efficient (and a very nice guy!). Took my old bespoke PC to the team at Hobbs after it decided it did not want to play any more, and I was not able diagnose what was wrong.
They charged me a fair price for a complete review of the hardware (After it decided to work for them - typical!), and told me that the life expectancy for certain components was limited and could fail at any time.
They asked what I did with the machine and gave me some good pointers to save money rather than continue replacing parts on mine - I ended replacing it with an ex-company PC from BackMarket
The guys did a perfect job: Gave me no-frills. common-sense advice, after a really fast diagnosis (it was all done in the same day)
Though they did not need to effect any repairs, I would recommend them to anyone with IT issues.
