Absolutely love this store. It is amazing. It’s well set out and the girl behind the desk was lovely and so welcoming. Was in for a cross stitch kit and back out as if let loose for too long in this store I would spend a fortune!! Was so happy when this opened as used to have to travel to the forge. Which is bigger and it does have a bigger selection to be honest.

very well stocked, very tidy, easy to find what I need, temperature and ventilation well regulated, very nice staff - super helpful and pleasant, especially Andy and Layla. it's definitely my favourite hobbycraft.
will go again although it's not the closest hobbycraft to where I live/ work

they even have their own shopping trolley, super convenient

hobbycraft online shopping experience gives me headache. you need to find the shop that has stock those products to place a click and collect order . making me travel to different shops just to get the ordered items. i guess probably 25% of items are tagged "not deliver". you can only go to the store and some items would still disappear after you successfully find the store with that stock to place a click and collect order.

A smaller store than the Glasgow one, but every bit as fabulous! Everything set out in sections and perfectly organised. I didn't notice any gaps in stock and with ever section labelled it's easy to move around and find exactly what you need. Staff are on hand to help with everything.
I knit, crochet, tangle and paint. It covers all of the materials I use and there are always great discounts on selected items.
