I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Volvo EX30 from Volvo Stoke and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was welcomed with professionalism and warmth, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable.

We set off on our holiday only to realise a few hours in that there was an issue with the charging unit on our brand-new vehicle. After contacting Volvo Assist, a technician was promptly dispatched to run diagnostics, confirming that our car needed repairs. We were directed to the nearest dealership, Volvo Holdcroft, and from that moment onward the service we received was nothing short of outstanding.

Thanks to their organised, kind, and efficient support, we were back on the road within a few hours. Volvo arranged a rental vehicle so we could continue our journey without disruption, and we had the car for the entire week of our holiday. The process was seamless from start to finish—drop-off the following Sunday was quick and hassle-free, and we were reunited with our own car by the end of the trip.

I was looking to replace my current vehicle due to a sudden engine failure. With needing a car for my job I was really looking for one in a hurry. Ashley Davis helped find a car that suited my needs and budget and was able to get it turned around in a few days, he even delivered it for me as I no longer have a car, which was amazing! I highly rate Holdcroft Volvo. I was impressed by the friendly reception from start to finish when visiting by the reception staff to the professional and efficient service provided by one of their sales team namely Mark Thorley. He was not at all pushy, allowing us time to digest all the information he provided and he took time to answer all our questions and to ensure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. Mark kept us informed of our car’s progress being built and arrival at their depot with the handover delivery date confirmed. Upon handover Mark took time to sit with us explaining our new car’s controls and accessories etc. Mark followed this up with a telephone call a few days after handover asking if we were happy with the car or had any questions. In conclusion we would not hesitate in recommending Holdcroft Volvo to future buyers. We are thrilled with our Volvo XC40 b3 model.
