It gives me great pleasure to write this review of the installation of 24 solar panels and 9.5 kw battery system carried out by holicon
From start to finish the contract was completed seamlessly from survey by Dan to fitting and commissioning by Liam and Connor expertly backed up on the clerical side of things by Lois all relevant applications guarantees and certificates expertly taken care of in fact the only thing we had to do was provide refreshments biscuits and pay the bill which was split into 3 easy stage payments
The system works perfectly for our needs and was tailored specifically for our lifestyle
We couldn’t be happier with our purchase from Holicon coupled with the fact they are a family run local business

Definitely worth using!

As we didn’t know much about solar energy we initially had six different companies out to discuss designing and fitting a system, all of whom gave very different views on the situation. Only two companies designed a proper system to suit our needs, and we felt Holicon were the company to use. They were extremely helpful in discussing our requirements and were very accommodating with all the questions we kept asking!

They installed the system neatly and efficiently and it was reassuring to know the people who came out to discuss and design the installation with you, were then the actual people who would fit it. We had a few settling in problems mostly with the software side from GivEnergy and as they couldn’t sort it straight away, we had Holicon round and they sorted it out for us whilst liaising with GivEnergy.

Only thing would say is that I think you generally need more battery power that you think you need so we got Holicon to install another battery, and now our system is all working well and saving us a fair sum on our electric bill.

It’s nearly a year since we had it all fitted and very pleased with the system Holicon installed.
