I have been having regular massages with Ben over the last 4 or 5 months and I have to say I am feeling much more energised and more positive. I actually went with pain in one of my knees …the pain has gone now which is excellent but my whole body feels so much better as well. Thoroughly recommend Ben ..it’s so lovely to experience the level of relaxation and comfort that his massage gives you.

Life changing! Might sound OTT but these are the best words for a massage with Ben. I call him magic-hands Ben.
After a short discussion about your situation and how you'd like to feel after leaving, Ben gets to work making you comfortable and setting up the room for you based on your needs.
I had a massage before my first body building comp and wanted to feel confident on stage after all the work I put in. Tough for my introverted self.
I can't explain how fantastic I felt and my stage experience was phenomenal.
It's hard to explain how put together you feel after this massage. All I can say is, Thank you so much!!
