Awful customer service by Vaishali.
Seems this is not the first negative review about this same staff member.
She refused to refund my items despite me having the card I paid with and the
Email confirmation. Insisted she needed to call head office and wasted so much of my time.
Will be making a formal complaint about Vaishali to the head office shortly.

Today, I experienced incredibly unsatisfactory service from the store manager, Vaishali, and her colleague, Katie. Despite a request from customer service to refund a product we ordered in-store but never received, they initially aggressively dismissed off the request from head office and demonstrated a lack of professionalism and customer service skills. They rudely and adamantly refused to issue a refund, but after contacting customer service, they eventually processed the refund.

Six months ago, I was devastated after being diagnosed with diabetes. While passing by Holland and Barrett, I met Basem, whose advice has truly transformed my life. Basem introduced me to the keto diet and recommended supplements like Berberine. He also encouraged me to go for brisk walks if I couldn't make it to the gym.

After doing my research, I started following Basem's advice. Now, six months later, my new blood test results show that I've reverted to normal levels. Even my GP was shocked by the improvement.

I'm incredibly grateful to Holland and Barrett for hiring such knowledgeable and supportive staff like Basem. His guidance and encouragement have made a significant positive impact on my health. Thank you, Basem, and thank you, Holland and Barrett!

Terrible customer service. I went there to get a protein shake which I always purchase, however this time an employee recommended a different product and said that if I was not satisfied I can return it. I had only opened it and the smell was off putting, thus I went to return it the next day however I was rudely told by a lady working there that I cannot return the product after it being opened. Please explain how 2 people can have conflicting rules on the return policy and how I can know if I’m dissatisfied with a consumable product without even opening it. Makes no sense.

12.01.23 I wanted to pick up an order, the woman which I think was a supervisor/manager said the order wasn’t in the store and I need to wait for confirmation message even if the tracking said my order’s been in the store since the 10th. She was quite rude to the other staff member too, funnily enough the older man working there ended up finding my order after I spoke to customer services and they confirmed my order was in store! There are some great lovely people working in this store, really helpful. This woman I encountered today wasn’t one of them!

A spacious branch of the health food and supplement store.

However, there isn't a large selection of products. It would be great if there were more alternative brands alongside the own-brand H&B products.

The staff were friendly enough, one did try to give us assistance and suggest alternatives to the product we were looking for.

I will go into this branch in future.
