Engineer arrived on time. Jake E9321was very courteous and cheerful. Explained has he was going along the problem we had and how he was going to rectify it. A fair price from the company was agreed. Jake sorted it out and was very tidy in his work. Would highly recommend

Charged a lot of money even with the small Oap discount . Assured me that included everything including an 5 year guarantee and would fix the problem. It didn’t . They did not replace the cable up to the aerial , which I thought was included in the price. I asked for an itemized bill and got a one liner not itemized. Replies to my messages were answers politely assuring me someone would ring me back promptly . They didn’t. Finally I phoned them. The engineer finally came back and did his best but said the problem wasn’t with the aerial. I asked him about a refund for the cable that had not been fitted and his office replied that I’d had the Oap discount so nothing further would be given. The engineer was great. Customer service is lousy. Prices are high.

We were quoted £234 through HDS for a simple fix. We flagged that the price seemed way off and asked for the engineer not to proceed.
We subsequently asked on Facebook for local reviews and using another Company, the problem was fixed for £72 - less than 1/3rd of the price. I really don't understand how HDS can charge such ridiculous prices. The whole system of booking, then having another company come out (Wudhus Limited) to review and pass feedback to HDS, then having HDS call with a quote while the engineer waits outside seems questionable to me.

Booked a call out for today 7th between 8am -1pm, contacted office to confirm visit was all arranged for today with correct address, all confirmed and I should expect a call within half an hour to an hour for when some chap will call? needless to say this never happened or a curtesy call to apologise or rearrange, I've now cancelled the call out will find somebody else, not a good start for a new client, will not recommend anyone using them.

SCAM DO NOT USE!

I booked a tv mount and was given a call. They asked: size of tv, the wall, if we had our own mount (all straight forward). We were told it would be around £129. Engineer will confirm.
They said we’d receive a call 30 min before. (We didn’t - just a knock on the door at 8am on Monday morning).
Engineer confirmed it was as described on the phone and said we would HAVE TO HELP HIM mount the tv. ‘head office’ called us while the engineer went in his van (odd process) and said they have a standard price list and it would cost £250.

When I questioned this she began screaming at me on the phone saying ‘the other lady gave an estimate’ - but if you have fixed prices for tv based on size, why didn’t you disclose that? I told her we wouldn’t be going ahead and she can send the engineer home and she continued screaming at me and put the phone down.

Honestly sickening behaviour for a Monday morning and a grown woman - won’t get far in sales like that! Do NOT recommend.

Booked a service online. Sent them a detailed analysis of what troubleshooting I had done. Waited for them to come and followed up with a text. Got the following response:

"Hi, unfortunately we do not undertake the work you have requested. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience that this may have caused you"

Absolute scammers. Don't waste your money. There's no customer service. No one picks up the phone. You're left talking to a AI robot which is a massive red flag. I paid them to fix my signal issues, and 2 days later , I've still got the same issue. I booked online for them to return to fix the problem, but the AI robot cancelled, so I paid them for absolutely nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Made an appointment via their on-line booking system for a Saturday morning appointment, they didn't turn up then sent an automated message to "apologies" and said they would visit on Monday instead. Really hope they turn up for the new appointment as I won't be there so it will be nice to know they've wasted their time just as they wasted mine on Saturday!!!
