We arranged with this company to assess our home and applied for the government grant scheme.
We were successful and followed up all requests.

From the very beginning we felt we had to keep pushing things forward and I was beginning to doubt their commitment to fulfilling this contract.
After 3/4 phone calls and an assessment done in our home we had a date for Tuesday 9th April 2024.
We began to prepare for works being carried out by taking out a unit in our utility and cancelled our oil.
Friday 5-04-2024. A phone call went directly to my voicemail from a team member stating this.
Regarding your installation can you please read the email we have sent across.
I read to my horror that according to this firm the government had pulled the plug on the funding and the works were cancelled and going forward they would know by the following week whether or not the works would take place.
Long story short.
I called the company 6 times and emailed several different people and not one reply.
On the Monday morning I called at noon to be told lie after lie after lie.
They were short staffed or on their break and at meetings I was told.
I was told that a manager would call me within an hour. I’m still waiting.
Kim ignored all my emails along with other staff members.
Keep clear of this shower of absolute cowboys.
The government have actually pulled the plug on this company due to incompetence.
The worst company ever to deal so don’t be sucked in .
This is a genuine complaint and I have all the emails to support my complaint.
Scammers big time..
I intend to highlight this to the appropriate authorities so no one else falls into this trap..

I cannot fault this company at all. From the very first point of contact, their service was excellent. The workmanship was second to none, and they arrived exactly when they said they would. Additionally, they left my property clean and tidy upon completion. The professionalism they demonstrated throughout the process was top class.

Worse company I have ever had to deal with. Work started 6 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the defects to be sorted. Keep well clear

The boys who came to do the insulation were great, they get the two stars, everything after that was a shambles and my house is still a mess. We were told the house would be left how it was found in terms of decorating and finish, this was a lie. I had to be in contact with the company several times after "completion" due to my carpet being ripped up and left, skirting boards not being replaced, lights not being put back in walls leaving exposed wiring, random big holes left by drilling in unusable areas, the list goes on. Not once have we seen a decorator to re paint the marks left by the works. After several weeks the house has finally been put back to a standard that I've resigned myself to finishing it off myself.
