I was looking for battery storage to go with a four kilowatt solar array that I have already got installed on my property. I researched the Web for a system that fitted my requirements and home energy group came up with twin lux power squirrel pods and four green linx 3.2 battery 12.8 kw in total. The system was delivered on time and the installation team came two days later to install the system exactly as planned. Very competitive price and would highly recommend this system and home energy group done a fantastic job. Can't prase this company enough. Thank you Adrian

I had been looking for months for a company that was good to deal with and competitively priced to fit battery storage to my existing solar array . HEG ticked all the boxes . The equipment arrived on schedule and two days later the fitting team arrived as planned and carried out the work in a few hours . I only wish the sun had shone a bit more since the system was fitted on the 15th of September.

Excellent products and service. I am very pleased with the performance of the Inverter and Batteries and the installation was carried out very efficiently and professionally. Follow up documentation and remote web access is also excellent. Initial concerns at using an unknown company have been shown to be unwarranted. Thank You!

Just had a system installed by this company and what can I say about them, well from the first contact with Tracy who I might add is so helpful and always there on hand to help the customer, to the install was perfect, I purchased 2 lux Squirrel Pods and 4 greenlinx battery's and they were installed by there electrical fitter and setup for me, they even setup the app on my phone, the install was professional and a very clean installation, its that good I have put an order in for an extra 2 batteries to be be installed after I get back from my holiday... if anyone is thinking about using this company you can be sure they are a very very good company to deal with..

Michael gave us a full explanation of the options and the potential of the technology, and the batteries were installed within days of our decision. They left the site clean and tidy and are offering followup as and when needed.

Great company, delivering a great product!
HEG installed a battery solution which just works. The Hanchu batteries are great, and take up much less space than the larger rack mount type batteries.
HEG have always been available and willing to support - which I really appreciate.

I purchased some additional Hanchu 3.2kW Lithium Batteries to add to my existing system, that had been installed by another provider. HEG where excellent, great service with my order, great prices and they helped me out by installing some extra Lux Monitoring features that my original installers were not interested/bothered in helping with, at no cost to me. HEG recently installed for me a Lux Power Squirrel Pod system with 8 batteries and two controllers. I'm very pleased with the work. The goods were exactly as promised. Installation was prompt and carried out by friendly, polite and competent people. In comparison to other quotes I received for the same work, HEG's prices were very reasonable. Very happy customer.
