Having seen the quality of the windows my neighbour had installed, we gave Homeshield a call. A visit was arranged for the same evening, and the salesperson was Diane. She was very knowledgeable about the product, and explained the finance options very clearly. The surveyor, Arthur, arrived the next day as promised, and he measured up while he was their. Diane had everything in place for our installation in four weeks. My wife and I are now looking forward to the work starting with a lot more confidence in what the end product will look like. Thank you Diane and Arthur.

They offered 1st appointment in less than 24h. Diane came to my home to explain the process, take measures and provide a quote (all again in 24h from 1st contact). She was great! The samples she showed me seemed of great quality. Diane was able to offer an appointment at a time that suit my work schedule even if it was late in the evening. I really appreciated. She answer all my questions and made me feel at ease.
