New boiler and Hive thermostat: A great service from start to finish. Clear and efficient communication at all times and a very reasonable price. Thoroughly recommended. A particular mention for Corey and Frankie who did a great job fitting the boiler, liaising with us and informing us at all times as to what they were going to do and why. We weren't short of questions for them and they weren't short of patience or answers. I will be recommending them and the Company to my friends.

First time using HHS and Darren was brilliant. Really lovely chap who went above and beyond. My very old gas fire would not stay lit. Upon inspection, Darren found a few problems and advised it would be a difficult/costly to fix and source parts. I decided on the spot to remove the fire and replace it another time. Darren took the fire outside for me and capped the gas pipe, which isn’t what he came to do. Really appreciate it

I had a boiler Wocester Bosch fitted by Corrie and Frankie from HorsforthHeating Solutions. Both young lads were very polite and helpful. They set my boiler up in 1/2 a day and got me up and running with heat in this cold weather. I love this company as a whole. They are very reliable and fairly priced. They go the extra mile to help with any questions or issues you may have. Highly recommended.

We have just had some work done by Horsforth Heating Solutions, which was a replacement Worcester Bosch boiler, 2 x of our own new radiators fitted in 2 x bedrooms and a new internal system for our Lauren Pro downstairs toilet.

I would just like to say how professional this company is. Benjamin and Tom are are passionate on customer service and will always reply to queries and emails very quickly. I think this company deserves a '6 star' rating if possible.

We contacted Benjamin about our requirements, and Tom came to do a site visit. Tom is very helpful, friendly and understanding and will help any way they can. He listened to our requirements and offered alternatives even when we thought we would have a problem with the outside flue stack from the boiler and offered the correct boiler for our needs. Tom gave us a quote within a few days, with no pressure for us to make an immediate decision.

Cory and Frankie came to fit the new boiler and take out 4 of the small radiators from the 2 bedrooms to replace with 2 new ones we bought previously.

These lads are great and a credit to Horsforth Heating Solutions, they completed the job professionally, they have respect for your property, being clean at all times, corrected some heating pipes that were wrong (from a previous different company) and overall a pleasure to have in your house. Their knowledge of heating systems is second to none and will explain anything and everything you need to know on how your system works efficiently. They were here for 2 full days and everything is now working perfectly, the house feels more warm than it used to.

Mick came out a few days ago to sort out our Lauren Pro toilet internal system, he explained everything that he had done and what the differences were, replaced the parts with efficiency and now this is too working better than before.

I have very high praise for Horsforth Heating Solutions, all I can say is 'phone or email them', you won't be disappointed with the professional service this company supplies. We certainly would not go anywhere else, if we have any problems HHS will be the first people to call for help.

Keep up the good work guys, you really deserve to do well in your business.

Also...we were surprised when a lovely bunch of flowers were delivered to our address from a local florist in Horsforth yesterday from HHS, what a lovely 'thank you' for being a customer.

Brilliant company.

Our boiler had broken but the team had it assessed and a new boiler installed within a week. Fantastic customer service: great communication from Ben with texts and emails (even replied with messages outside working hours which was great as I work full time), Tom explained things brilliantly, very knowledgeable but not patronising. Had a slight issue after installation and Tom was round within an hour to fix the issue. Kane fitted the boiler on a Saturday for us and arranged to dispose of the old boiler free of charge. Very well priced and work completed swiftly.

Horsforth Heating have been carrying out servicing and maintenance on my boiler for about 10 years. They are reliable, professional and care about what they do.
I had a major problem this week with the boiler needing urgent work as it had become unsafe. Within a day they had sourced and fitted the new part and I was up and running again. This is top service.
I highly recommend them.
