Awesome customer service as per always. Professional, attentive and deliver a first-class service. On the day our fuel was delivered, the road was closed. Your courier proceeded to deliver 20 bags on a trolley, moving them several hundred yards. Will never get my fuel anywhere else. It burns clean, efficient and gives off masses of heat. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just had another delivery from Housefuels and as always, it was an excellent service.I have to comment on the new ‘delivery’ method, which is even better, as the chap offered to barrow the coal into a bunker or wherever we wanted it stored.Brilliant service.

Ordered the coal via their internet service, the delivery got changed due to the lorry being to large for our lanes which was fine and discussed with palletway who happily changed it to a smaller lorry and were really apologetic. Then 2 days later I receive a phone call from house fuel saying "next time you order you better make sure you tell us you need a small lorry cus it should be on the system and it wasn't"
Put it this way A, there is no where on your system it states to put that I need a small lorry and B, how rude considering we're the customer for you to talk to someone like that. It baffles me how people like you actually have any sort of administration job due to your lack of personal skills. And just so we're singing from the same hymn sheet you'll never have to worry about me letting you know that you need a smaller lorry because I'll never be ordering off you again.

Ovals delivered on due date look good and dry if it burns as well as my locally supplied ovals I have saved £500 on a tonne. Driver had difficulty getting pallet off the lorry but that no fault of supplier. Driver very helpful too.

Do not buy! Do not use this company. Worst service ever. Ordered coal 3 weeks ago, payment went through but no dilvery. 3 days wasted waiting for my coal. No contact from the company. Numerous phone calls from my behalf. Disappointed to say the least.

Very poor quality fuel, no heat, hard to burn and large amount of ash. I have changed supplier (cooper fuels) and they supply me with a really good quality fuel and service. I burn allot less fuel because of the improved quality. The increase in price is negated because you use less.

Dear HouseFuel

I was shocked today when we got a call telling us our delivery would be 20mins !!
Shocked in the sense of 1 day early and the helping hands that were booked for the 24th were not available.

Please note that my husband is in his 60's and disabled! although he should not attempt anything like this he had no alternative along myself his wife.

Theres no point in us arranging a date for delivery if it comes before that date and we are totally ill-prepared !!

Also it does not help the situation to see loose coal on the vehicle and then all over the drive way spilling from the 2 split bags on the bottom row.
