Great service from Norman and Rachel. After my local depot weren’t too helpful, I wasn’t convinced Campbeltown would be any better. However I can’t fault the help and service I have had, they have been fantastic. Would have no hesitation to use again. Thank you

It's now seven years since we installed a kitchen from Howdens Campbeltown, so when the inner glass door to the oven shattered, I wasn't confident that we'd easily get a replacement.

Initially, Rachel was really helpful in identifying the right part number and most cost-effective way of replacing the broken glass, then manager Archie just happened to know of one they had in stock, returned from another customer. Problem solved in just a few minutes and oven working again the same day.

I've rarely encountered such friendly, helpful and totally customer-centric service in any profession. Very many thanks to you both.
