Dear Stephen and the HPI Heating and Plumbing team!

We contacted Stephen after quite a major leak started in our office, the water was pouring out of a broken pipe and needed fixing immediately. As soon as we called Stephen at HPI we felt instantly reassured, he understood the urgency of the problem and literally set off to help us straight away! Within 20 minutes he had arrived and sorted the problem swiftly and efficiently. We can only imagine what the leak would have been like if Stephen hadn’t shown up so quickly. We were so impressed with the service and customer care and would definitely not hesitate to contact HPI Heating and Plumbing again for any heating or plumbing needs

HPI Heating and Plumbing Installations

Dear Stephen,

I would just like to say a HUGE thank you and acknowledge the great service your company provided recently.

Landlords will know that feeling when they get a call from a Tenant; "we have no heating or hot water; the boiler isn’t working". That feeling is intensified when it’s a weekend in February with an outside temperature touching freezing, with the fear that it is going to be difficult to get an engineer out as quick as the situation dictates.

Imagine, that the property is an expensive plush new serviced apartment that promises the services offered by top notch hotels with the space and comfort of a family home. This was the situation we found ourselves in.

One call to HPI was all that was needed, and PROBLEM solved.

Three hours later and we had happy guests again; warm and comfortable and impressed by our service.  Through HPI’s dedication to customer service we were able to maintain ours; WELL DONE HPI.

Boilers breakdown; it’s a fact of life unfortunately it’s how you deal with it that matters. I would wholeheartedly recommend HPI to Landlords who need the reassurance that even the small uncomfortable jobs will be dealt with swiftly and professionally.
