I was assisted by Sofia yesterday who helped me log into my HSBC account on my phone and I was so happy that she was the one who helped me out. Sofia was so patient with me when logging into the app even through any issues we ran into and happily answered any questions I had without making me feel like I was bothering her by asking too much. After helping me with the app, she asked me if I had an international banking account as well which I didn’t and so she explained what it is and how it works. Next time I come in, I will definitely be asking for Sofia as she made the whole experience feel like she was a friend of mine I had known for a long time.

Many thanks to Manisha from Harrow branch for the amazing support provided!
She was assisting me  during the calling process  with customer service to report a fraudulent transaction from my credit card.
The bank investigated my case, and, will give me a refund of the full amount.

Only went to unblock my card and Rosie at HSBC Harrow explained the benefits of savings account, which I didn’t have it so she helped me with savings account, I also wanted a credit card but was unsure about it, she explained me clearly and cleared the misconception I had it. I only went to get my card unblocked and cane back with savings and a credit card. So happy I got to see Rosie.
