Be careful make sure you know your going to have stuff for more than a year or they chuck £80 fee and look after the items too if not they make you pay full price for the items don't matter how long you rented off them now left with a £1100 bill but atleast they still collect in-house instead of sending to debt agency, don't be renting unless it's gonna be long term.

Needed a new washing machine and was helped by David in the Wisbech branch who was very knowledgeable. It is great to be able to walk in a store and actually talk to someone face to face. Had the delivery a few days later and the 2 delivery men were very helpful and came within the time slot given. Highly recommended! Thank you very much

I was in Hugheses yesterday trying to sort out the television that my mother had purchased and Helen the lady who dealt with the issue couldn’t of done anything more to help. She been over backwards and was absolutely brilliant and dealt with the issue. First rate. What an absolutely lovely lady give her 10 stars brilliant thank you so much and today, the 12/10/24 I went in there to purchase a tumble dryer and dealt with DAVID and again absolutely brilliant and I couldn’t of asked for anything more. He put me at ease told me exactly what I needed to hear sorted the tumble dryer out that I wanted sorted the delivery date out that I needed as well absolutely brilliant thank you so much DAVID and Stephen as well what a brilliant man, cracked a few jokes. What a funny guy thank you very much. You guys you are the soul and life of Wisbech. Thank you very much. i’m very very professional.

Call me old fashioned but I still like to go to a shop to buy stuff and try to support a local business . So after doing much research online I went to my nearest Huhges Store which is Wisbech. On entering the store I was greeted with a very warm welcome by Stephen , I explained the product I had found on line and if this was the best value for money for me . Stephen found that I had found the best product and not only this he recommended the better model sound bar to go with my TV which in turn gave a me better a deal . Delivery was arranged too at the time of purchase on a day that suited me . Even though the store doesn’t have the glitz and glamour of a Curry’s superstore( along with their pushy sales people ) ,and it’s good old fashioned customer service, a good deal then Stephen at Hughes , Wisbech is your man . I would also like to add that I spoke to a lady on the day ( I didn’t catch her name ) but she was also very personable . Having called the store today the manager David answered the phone and was also brilliant . All round a fantastic shopping experience . Well done Hughes Wisbech .

Needed a new small appliance quickly, phone call to David and was in stock at warehouse, couldn’t stay in for delivery so Helen personally offered to take home and ensured I I got the next day…fantastic personal service from all, none of this chatbot stuff just great service and banter…thanks to all.
