I had this coming come and treat my and service my lawn for over a year . In the beginning the owner Rick came and was very proactive about making sure our new lawn had all the care it needed to look the way it’s supposed to.
Present time 7/25/23
For the last 3 months the service has been horrible and now my some areas in my lawn are dead. Beginning of July one of their guys came out Milton. He noticed the issue and mentioned that the guy that had been servicing the lawn had not done a good job and promised to come every week to resolve the issue. He said one of the issues was probably to much water so he adjusted the timer for less time but he actually turned off the system. So my lawn has not been getting any water aside from the rain for at least 2-3 weeks. WTH! I did receive to notifications that someone was coming on 7/18 and then again on7/20 and no one came out . So of course now I have set my timer for more water to make up for it and hopefully help yeh grass grow which will make my water bill much higher.
So unhappy with their service
Last tule it was actually serviced was back in June 🙁

This is the company that bought City Green (which was an exceptional family owned company). We were one of the very first customers of Kyle who owned City Green and had the pleasure of “meeeting” his family on the phone as they joined him while the company expanded.
We just bought a new house in Cape Coral and called Hughes hoping they might keep up the standards set by Kyle … NOPE! We had an appointment today from 12-2pm for an estimate for services.

Nobody showed up. Nobody called.

When I called at 3pm the woman who answered had no record of our name or address in her computer. After 5 minutes on hold she told me she found our info and put me on hold again to find out why nobody showed up. After 5 more minutes on hold, I just hung up. She never bothered to call back.

Don’t waste your time with this new company - what made City Green great was Kyle and his family. With them gone, this is just another company that doesn’t care about treating their customers well!

Kyle has taken my yard from so so with too many weeds to the best yard in our development. If I have any problems between treatments City Green comes out and does spot treatments because Florida’s Floratam grass is not easy to keep nice. Kyle has done better than any previous company to put my yard at the envy of many in our community.

I live next door to a house who's lawn is being treated by City Green. The smell is so horrendously strong that we cannot be outside for at least a day after treatment. If I am outside during the spraying, I end up with a sore throat for the rest of the day. I have no idea what chemicals you are using and what we are being exposed to. My husband and I are both cancer patients and we have an organic garden on the side of our house which I'm sure is no longer organic due to the heavy spraying next door . I have spoken with previous technicians about not spraying close to my property. However, since you have such a turnover, it's a new person every time. You should be more conscious of the neighborhoods that you are spraying your poisons in.

If you're contemplating getting a lawn treatment, stop thinking and just do it! Our experience with this company has been top notch from the get-go. The reviews are legit. When you pick up the phone to get an estimate, the office staff are courteous, friendly and efficient. Kyle was able to come out the same day to assess the condition of our lawn and made personalized recommendations, taking the time to explain what they treat, what they use, and why. The first service was scheduled and completed within a couple of days. Our yard was being invaded by annoying "sticker" weeds and nothing we could buy at Home Depot or Lowe's took care of them. City Green's treatment put a hurting on them and we are seeing new grass growth in only a couple of weeks. It was a little creepy the first day or two after the treatment to find out how many insects were living in our yard (there were lots of dead ones in our driveway and front walk). If you want to get rid of weeds and critters, and have a nice, green, luscious lawn, give them a try and be impressed. Very professional and honest business!

I've been with City Green now for 7 to 8 years. They came in and inspected the yard suggested what needed to be done. All of a sudden 2 months later my yard was looking 100 % better and I've been with them ever since. If an issue comes up customer service respones right away!!! I couldn't be any happier with them. I ordered an estimate for my lawn treatment. At an appointed day and time , August 7, 2023, nobody showed up. I called them and the same person, said she couldn't find my order in her computer. She promised to call back, but she didn't. Poor service, unprofessional, no attention, no willingness to make good business.
