Firstly, the pod itself is great. I love it and it serves as a great place to work while creating some much needed extra space in the house. Had I not had the issue I have and the lack of any interest in resolving it, this would have been a 5 star review....

However, I opted for the solar package and honestly it has almost runied the experience.

When we ordered our pod we opted for the solar package. At the time I noted that there was very little information other than it would come with a leisure battery.

because the intention was to use the pod as an office, I contacted Hully and asked whether the solar panel would generate enough electricity as I intended to use the pod as an office.

At the time, the agent seemed helpful and advised it should be able to power them, but it might be better with a mains hook up.

So, to be clear, the agent knew that I intended to to use the solar power to run an office.

The pod has now been delivered, and I was shocked to find that basically I have paid £450 for a solar panel, essentially a car battery and a panel with just 2 usb ports. Obviously not able to plug a power cable into.

I have done some research, and I could have got the same items online for much less cost.

My assumption is that I am not the first person to bring this up to them and hence the solar package seems to be no longer offered.

I have asked them for a refund and offered to send the parts back but in response they simply said no. No offer of any compensation.

Hully Pods have been Fantastic from beginning to end! Communication has been easy and brilliant! We are very pleased with the service provided by Hully and with our new home office! I’ve had my Dory Office Pod now for a week and it is absolutely fantastic! It is everything I could have wished for and more - spacious, quiet, comfortable and has everything I need for a home office to get that work/family balance. After 5 years of dining table/spare bedroom desk rotation, this certainly hits the spot.

Many thanks to Kianna and Team Hully who have been great to deal with throughout. Delivery was perfect (and drivers so friendly) and it was plugged in and ready to go within 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

Really love my Dory office pod - I was worried how small it might be as I wasn't able to visit one before, but it is perfect for working in. I love having a space to myself. Shout out to Kianna and the Hully team for great communication and help.

This is the second time I have ordered a Pod from Hully Pods. First time was a Skipjack, but when I moved to a smaller house I have just taken delivery of a smaller Dory Pod. Both times they have been brilliant. Confirming details at every stage. They delivered sooner than initially stated (depends on their production schedules/volume of orders).

Delivery both times has been perfect, on time and very considerate of the site with the Pod being lifted over a wall and fence and placed exactly where I wanted it.

The Pod itself in both cases has been finished perfectly, never had any problems at all. The electrics have been reliable and I have been able to use the Pods for a daily office to work from home, man cave / music room and now a workshop.

I cannot recommend Hully Pods enough and I have told everyone I know to get one.

I chose one of the larger Pods and I couldn't be happier. From the recommendation of the crane driver to the quality customer service and quality of the pod. The pod is for a small workspace but can be turned into a extra bedroom or a garden bar, the internal insulated tongue and groove panelling give it a lovely cabin feel.
The door and window are house quality and we love the shape of the pod.
I couldn't recommend using Hully Pods highly enough.

We have had our Dory office pod for a couple of months now and so far we are really enjoying the extra space. It has made a big difference to our working arrangements and it fits into the garden nicely.
We would like to give a special shout out to the delivery chap. He could not have been more helpful and it was a really friendly service!

My long awaited Schooner Pod arrived last week. Love it!
Delivery was quick and now using it for crafts. Got a sun lounger in it too in case a nap is required 😆
Even the local cows want to be in it!!
