Lucy came along to our workplace for a personality profiling session. We all found it super helpful! We're only a small team, but being able to learn more about each other's personalities, and the way each of us work, is going to be extremely useful for the future. Lucy was really lovely and slotted into the team perfectly, she understood each of us and even stayed for lunch afterwards! Thank you, Lucy!

We got Lucy & Colin in to run a series of workshops to help us improve our workplace wellbeing. And they smashed it! They've helped our team collaborate more, understand each other more, understand themselves more, which in turn has improved productivity, efficiency, and most importantly, improve the office vibe! The workshops have also given us transferrable skills that will not only be used to aid wellbeing. I could not recommend Human Everything enough!

Lucy first came to our workplace in September 2022 to host the Workplace Workshop, which looked into our DiSC styles and ways of working. We're now in December and there has been a noticeable shift in how we work together. We have always been a great team and with Lucy's help we've become even better through being more considerate of others' methods. We still regularly refer to our DiSC styles and I'd like to think the workshop made me a better colleague, too.

Some of us then had some further sessions with Lucy as part of Human Everything's management training. Being relatively new to becoming a manager, I had very little confidence and knowledge. Lucy's four sessions were full of laughter, learning and lots of fun! We all learned so much about management and it's certainly improved my skills as a manager, which will no doubt improve the team.

Throughout our time with Human Everything, Lucy was kind, funny, thoughtful and completely open - she really does show the 'human' in 'Human Everything'. We plan to have regular check in sessions following our management training and I look forward to them already.

Lucy did an extremely professional job for the second year running, putting together our annual employee satisfaction survey. She understood the brief perfectly and devised the questions accordingly. The survey was put together in the agreed timescale and was sent out to employees electronically, so that results were collected anonymously. We received a very comprehensive report on our results which included comparison's with the previous year. This provided valuable information to help set our wellbeing strategy for 2023 .
