I recently attended one of the Hybrid Training boot camps focused on heat pumps, and I can’t recommend it enough. The trainers were fantastic, offering in-depth, real-world knowledge that really enhanced the learning experience. Booked onto the 10 day course, only to be cancelled whilst travelling to the centre. Was told someone would call me later that day to reschedule for the next day, so I couldn't really try and rearrange my work. Nobody called until later in the week saying it's probably going to be the week after. We're now 7 months down the line and today it's been cancelled again for the 3rd time, loads of different excuses depending who you talk to, no call backs, emails ignored, absolute circus run by clowns. Avoid at all costs. ?

Shocking experience. I was booked onto a course for the government funded renewables bootcamp. Travelled over an hour and turned up on the agreed date to find the doors locked, lights off and nobody there! Was told they moved the start date (I wasn't informed, neither was the other guy who turned up!) and that they were sorry. Not sorry enough top pay for my lost wages that day though! I'd give these a wide berth, plenty of other providers out there.

Appalling service. They cancelled on us number of times training sessions, never had chance to finish the government funded bootcamp and obviously you dont get second chance to sign up with another training provider. Emails get ignored and to make this clown show better you get to fill in review forms on first day when you start the training to make sure they get five star service.

I did the 18th update course with Graham today, I couldn't recommend enough to anyone who wishes to do it. Really insightful way of understanding the Regs in clear and broken down instructions for each section.

Just like to say a big thanks to Hybrid for getting me through my gas qualification course and passing my ACS. Graham was extremely knowledgeable and an excellent tutor throughout the whole course.

I was more than prepared for the finals tests completing my ACS with George and my EPA with Paul who both made a stressful time extremely laid back.

If you’re thinking about doing your training here then don’t hesitate, great centre!
