If I could give 100 stars, I would. They have HANDS DOWN the best customer service I have ever encountered (shout out to Sam, Andrea and Hamza). They all deserve employee of the month. They were so friendly, super patient and helpful.
And the bike! I love the bike, I use it for my daily commute. It’s light, it reacts fast and is everything I need. I cannot tell you how much I recommend it!

I am now a proud owner of a Virum Hygge folding e-bike. I bought it recently to continue the recovery of my knees after an accident a few years back. Folded up, the bike fits nicely into the back of my car, and at 18KG it is easy enough to lift in and out. The battery assist makes light work on small slopes. I struggled on really steep slopes, but I am very nearly 70 and not so fit, so that's no surprise. This bike has great brakes and good build quality. I next need to buy one for my wife (an avid cycler) so she can keep up with me!

The best decision which I ever took to include this absolutely ravishing electric bike into my garage. In this hustle busy time this bike do wonders as I can reach on time for my work. It got excellent battery backup and the security system of this bike is fabulous. Very smoothly I can ride this bike on every circumstances. Definitely recommending this sporty bike to everyone.

Terrible quality and reliability. All the good reviews are from new customers but it's a different story when you've used the bike 6+ months.

Less than 885 miles of riding, stored indoors and the LCD display on the bike has stopped working. Hygge refuse to replace but will conveniently charge £65 for a new one. Battery takes 4-5 hours to charge and runs out with less than 12-13 miles of riding. Premium prices for sub-par performance and reliability. Take your money elsewhere.

Been looking for a while for a small utility bicycle, for commuting and use around my village and further. Came across hygge bikes on line and never looked back. Excellent in all respects great little bike and excellent service from Sam and Andrea. Iwas offered a 15 day trial of the bike with an option to return which gave me the chance to return it if needed. I will not be taking advantage of this option and most definitely will be keeping the bike, in fact will maybe get another one for the wife at some point. Looking forward to being an active member of the Hygge community, would love to get involved in developing this great Danish bike brand in the Uk

I've had my bike for a couple of months now, and so far, I have had no issue with it at all. The delivery service was great with it arriving on time. For me, the amazing customer service was what stood out. Whenever I had questions or concerns, there was always someone who was they're to help and promptly too. I would definitely recommend ordering from here to anyone!

Hygge Vester - What a bike! I've been looking for a new electric bike for a while now, following quite a bit of research for what I wanted / needed I settled on the Vester.

The Hygge Vester really fits the bill, I do a lot of semi-off road riding, muddy canal tow paths etc chasing after my 9 year old son and Vester is the bike to do the job!

The size is ideal for me (I'm a bigger guy) 😆

It's such a comfortable ride, I find myself using it more than the car some weeks for those little trips around town.

The build quality is great, so solid, and it came virtually ready to ride in a massive box all I had to do was unwrap the protective bits of foam, pump up the tyres and away I went.

It's also great that it also folds so that I can pop it in the back of my car and set off for adventures whenever I feel like it, no faffing around with roof racks, just a couple of clicks fold and away I go!

I'd also like to mention the device received by the team at Hygge Jon and Burhan, I had a few questions and they answered them all professionally and quickly even outside of what I would call normal working hours. The only downside was that the courier company decided to take the bike on a tour of Brittain before bringing it to my house causing an extra day or two on the delivery- nothing that Hygge could have done though and they did chase the courier for me to see what was going on so can't fault Hygge at all!

Only problem is now is that my wife wants one so just need to get the funds together (not that they're expensive for what you get) and and order will be going in.

I purchased a Hygge Verum Step e bike via Curry's
and am very pleased with the bike.
It's beautifully designed and has excellent performance on all road surfaces, it can climb inclines very easily, with little effort required. Hygge undoubtedly produce excellent products. I can thoroughly recommend the product and the company.
