Bert attended under an emergency call out and assessed the water leak and gave us sound advice as warranty involved. We then re contacted Bert after previous plumbers report was dubious. Bert was able to give us confirmation of leak being stopped and issued proper certificate. Very considerate, polite and knowledgeable and honest. Will be looking to use this company for our future plumbing/ boiler requirements. Highly recommended.

I can say with confidence that the plumber from i Gas Engineers, Green Energy, was not the most professional person I've ever met. He left dirty rags and tools all over my laundry room, which was unacceptable as he didn’t clean up after the job was done.

I'd like to express my admiration for Sam, the skilled fitter who installed my boiler yesterday. This young gentleman demonstrated great professionalism by arriving early at my apartment and patiently waiting for our arrival, despite our three-hour journey. He was considerate enough to inquire about parking his van in front of the garage block, and I gladly granted permission as long as it didn't inconvenience anyone.
Initially, it seemed that Sam hadn't been fully briefed on the task at hand, as he had been informed that no photos were required. However, he promptly arranged for additional materials to be delivered along with the boiler. Once he began working, he quickly grasped my needs and understood what needed to be concealed once he finished. When the boiler arrived and was successfully installed on the wall, Sam expressed concern about completing the job on time. I explained to him that returning was inconvenient and costly for us, as we had travelled from Essex, a six-hour round trip. Understanding our predicament, he sought my opinion on using a speed fit connector to expedite the process. Although I declined his suggestion, expressing my personal preference against such items, Sam accepted my decision graciously, without argument or comment. He quietly persisted with his work, demonstrating his commitment for the long haul.
During a critical moment, it became evident that there was an issue with the electrical installation, which was entirely my fault. Sam discreetly pointed it out and left me to rectify the problem, which took approximately ten minutes. At no point did he convey any annoyance, despite the inconvenience it must have caused. He continued diligently working until around 8:30 PM, when he provided me with necessary briefings, manuals, and paperwork to sign. I expressed my gratitude for his unwavering dedication.
The quality of Sam's work remained consistently excellent, even as time constraints mounted. Moreover, his behaviour and attitude were exceptional, surpassing the expectations of any manager or customer. He demonstrated remarkable tolerance and empathy towards my situation.
All in all the whole job was good value and easy I would use again

I was amazed with Remi who repaired our very old and ancient gas fire which we thought was not possible. He was very knowledgeable, competent and friendly and wasn’t going to leave until he was satisfied he’d left it clean and working. I can’t express my gratitude enough and 5 stars is not enough. Also head office was very friendly and easy to contact. I would definitely recommend this company.
