I called Gareth because our old floor standing combi boiler started leaking and losing pressure. We were unfortunate enough to need a brand new boiler due to the old boilers age and parts being obsolete. Gareth was very quick to come to the property to assess and provide a quote along with recommendations for appropriate boilers. He was able to fit us in for installation a couple of days later and all was fitted and installed in a day. Gareth and his colleague were brilliant, great value for money, professional and thorough. They did a fantastic job of replacing the old boiler and leaving the job clean and tidy and taking all rubbish, including old boiler with them for safe disposal. Would highly recommend and can’t thank Gareth and his team enough for their efficient and professional service. 👍👍

Gareth was called on at short notice to help with my very elderly Mother-in- Law's heating, which had failed. He arrived on time and worked through thoroughly to identify the problem. Went away to look into sorting out parts and rang as that afternoon to say that he had managed to source parts ( Offered the option to fix just failed part or more complete job to upgrade other connected parts which were quite old and likely to fail in coming months/year. He offered two different prices so that we could choose which pump we preferred) He then came back later that afternoon to sort the problem out as he didn't want to leave her without heating.
