What a star
Estimated to have my boiler replaced and fitted in 3 days. Came over and got it smashed out within two.
Worked really hard to get it done.
Highly recommend him to others.

After contacting Ian to service my boiler I then decided to get my new boiler fitted by him also. Ian is very professional, fast responding to emails etc, reasonably priced and offers a fantastic service. I will definitely be using Ian again in the future and will be recommending him for sure.

After waiting for several months for service from my former gas fitter and then having two gas fitters fail to identify the problem with my gas stove Ian succeeded where others could not. I am delighted. He was professional, polite, patient and thankfully persistent in his effort to resolve what turned out to be a simple fix caused by someone else's error. I would highly recommend him. It was a refreshingly positive experience and I will definitely have him back again the next time we require his services.

Contacted Ian at short notice when our almost 40 year old boiler broke down. He agreed to come out next day when he heard we had no heating or hot water. He explained and showed us why it was beyond economical repair, and provided us a quote the same day at our request, which we readily accepted as it compared very favourably with another quote we had 4 years ago. He was able to move his diary around and came to start installation less than a week later, and completed the boiler and radiator replacement very quickly, efficiently, and with no unexpected extras.
Highly recommend the excellent and friendly service Ian provides. I hope to be a customer for life. Thanks Ian.

Ian was quietly, polite, helpful and hardworking. My wife was in recovery from surgery and needed rest and privacy, Ian worked the whole day without rest in order to complete the work ahead of time. The boiler replacement he carried out has been transformational to the comfort of our home.

Really good service, Had 9 new radiators installed and the house has never been warmer. Quick, clean and great communication throughout. Definitely recommend.

Just had Ian out to service the boiler in our new house. Excellent customer service, kept us informed throughout and was very efficient. Really happy that the work was carried out to a high standard and will certainly be using him going forward for the annual service.

Ian come to our rescue after our plumber tried to fix our boiler on several occasions,charged us a fortune & the fault still wasn't fixed. Ian got it up and running and has serviced it ever since. Polite and professional, we highly recommend him.
