I used this service over the last two days. It was recommended by another computer repair company which was a promising start.
My elderly I pad was very poorly which I was bereft about as all my life was seemingly in there. I am not too technical and was comfortable with my old
pad.
I was received with patience and understanding even after I lost my way getting there and was talked into the shop on the phone. Very kind.
My problem was discussed and various different ways of fixing and retrieving the data I needed and not too expensive. The technician was very friendly and clear and tried very hard to save my poor old pad but after trying overnight it would not charge up. I thought I would lose all my precious information but he managed to access the data in my old machine and suggested a reconditioned unit in the the same genre as my one, but three years younger. Perfect. Data transferred over and other information changed for me. And I saved money.Thank you so much icomms solutions. I would recommend them any time. Well done.

What a lovely man the owner is. After a very stressful week with lots of phone issues & a lot of stress (mine) he took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my phone (corrupted mother board) & that it would be cheaper to buy a new second hand phone (with genuine Apple parts & no hardware issues) than for him to replace the mother board for me.

icomms went above & beyond, patiently explaining everything & even staying past his opening hours to ensure my newer new to me iPhone was all set up, that I was happy & erasing my old corrupted phone was erased of all my personal information.
