I went to this repair shop to get my phone screen replaced. At 89 pounds, it was relatively expensive, but I chose them because I needed a quick fix. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish.
First, the repair was delayed because they ordered the wrong screen model. Once they finally replaced the screen, my phone no longer charged and the sound stopped working — both of which were working perfectly before the repair.
What made things worse was that the staff initially refused to acknowledge that the new issues were related to the screen replacement. After some back and forth did they agree to fix it, which they did the next day — but by then, I had already lost valuable time. I also had to pay extra to have my phone shipped back to me by friends because of the delay.
In the end, I received only a half-hearted apology and no compensation. Very frustrating experience, especially considering the cost and the lack of accountability. I would not recommend this place.

I visited I Crack with my iPhone which had stopped responding.
However close inspection revealed a screen which required replacement - without hesitation the team at iCrack set about replacing the screen in a matter of minutes in a highly efficient and professional manner. To my surprise and delight I was informed that there would be no charge due to a previous visit some weeks earlier.
I can say without hesitation that the team at iCrack were not only highly knowledgeable and highly efficient but their courtesy and professionalism was of the highest standard. The result was that I can recommend iCrack unreservedly as being a superbly professional company which is pleasure to deal with in every respect .
