To any prospective customer, do not hesitate to use IES for your asbestos removal.
From my initial point of contact, I was treated as a valued customer. Every phone call and email were answered, returned and replied to promptly with my questions answered fully.
Each staff member was knowledgeable, courteous, patient and respectful to both me and my property. It was a pleasure to deal with every member of the team.
The job was to move and clean the stored items within my garage and to remove broken asbestos insulation boards.
This was completed by a hard-working team who were conscientious, worked to a high standard and left the job spotless.
The whole job was professional and well managed, which made a stressful time straightforward and uncomplicated.

Recently I had to have some asbestos panels on a door removed. During the initial visit by IES it was explained that the easiest option was to remove the door completely and this was agreed to.
On the day of the removal, the team set themselves up, bagged and removed the door, then cleaned up. The team of two worked quickly and efficiently and had the job done in no time. They were professional, respectful of our property and left the work area spotless.
