My boiler was replaced today by two fantastic people from ignis. Not only did they do an amazing job, they took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the new equipment. I was working from home and they were very conscious to make sure they didn't cause disturbance when I was on calls, and were great with my dog who I know can get in the way when I'm busy. They were friendly and polite, engaging in conversation and providing a very positive customer experience. Not once did they moan about the snakes or tarantulas that may have worried them in the upstairs rooms. Afterward they cleaned the kitchen of all mess made, and left the place as it was. Would 100% recommend.

We contacted Tom to replace our 25 year old LPG boiler and radiators. He was courteous, polite and professional from quote to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very helpful giving advise. The house was left clean and tidy each day, and Tom and his very polite lad completed the job sooner than expected. The finish was of a very good standard. We are very happy with the work they have done and will not hesitate to call them again in the future or recommend them to friends and family.

Tom has provided nothing but good service. He is fair and honest in his charging and has been a pleasure to do business with.
So far he has serviced our boiler, fixed a leaking toilet and replaced all our radiators. Even when the tasks have proved tricky and awkward, Tom is always cheerful and helpful.
I am delighted to have found Tom and will be using him for all my plumbing from now on!

I booked an appointment with Ignis heating to get our boiler serviced and it turned out that the old one had to be replaced. Everything was sorted promptly and the next day Tom’s team was replacing an old boiler with a new one. I believe that they had to reschedule their work to be able to install a boiler for us next day. I’m very grateful that we didn't have to stay without hot water and heating for a long time. So the next day a brand new Baxi platinum boiler was installed and we had our heating and hot water again. Nothing but a good job was done.
Professional , prompt and tidy. Would definitely recommend to anyone without hesitation !
