Was all this packaging really necessary all this protection for parts that supposedly have superior mechanical properties. It cost £8 with a vat charge applied onto the delivery. And such a waste for the environment. Would've cost less than a pound in a letter

For events and media, where I help them, they want to do an excellent job and they want you to deliver good results, but they are supportive. Engineering-wise, the company is super innovative = I don't know any other business with such high NPI - new product introduction. They are really active on social media and in the trade media and that's part of the reason why people know their brand very well. They are also nice people and good fun

Cannot speak for customer service however was almost knocked off the road by irresponsible driver, A1 south bound in a Ford ranger with igus company logo on, number plate ending in UZJ. Driver cut up other drivers, was hitting at least 90mph, tail gated and forced me to emergency brake as they nearly took me out with a very close over take when three lanes merged into two. Can only hope driver responsible won't cause an accident in the future.
