I can highly recommend this company. All staff in head office have been helpful ,courteous from Roberto,Mikhail , Brendon and Daniel to name just a few thank you.
The insulation team only remember one named Alex all originally from Moldova an incredible team left my house cleaner than they found it. The two plumbers (brothers) again fantastic work electricians , roofers solar panels and of course the joiners every single member of staff gave 100% I salute you all thank you.

Awful company. Terrible install. Navien had to be called out as aftercare from Impact was so bad, Navien have said the install is terrible, they also said impact should have done a full power flush on install. The boiler has caused us nothing but grief. We now have blockages in our system which is going to cost around £1000, Impact have washed their hands of it and won’t help even though the boiler is only just over 2 years old.

We approached this company for a grant for heating on health grounds, we were aware that several companies were offering this but weren't always getting communication from other companies. This all changed when we contacted impact energy, case manager was onto it straight away, we felt really well supported throughout the assessment process, then within a few weeks the work started.
We weren't disappointed with the team, from the start they've all been great, they demonstrate how a company should be dealing with ones another & their customers, always interested, engaging & just really want to help.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company, and the quality of the work is second to none,

This would have been a five star review, up until the point the system went wrong we were very pleased. We weren’t to concerned at first, new system teething problems let’s call customer services. That’s where it all went wrong. Around 18 days ago first point of contact and yet here we are still with no heating. Never call back when they say they will. Three separate people have been and still broke. Middle of winter and no heating. Faye from customer service on one occasion said I’ll call you back in15 to 20 minutes, I replied will you though as no one ever calls back. Her reply was, if I say I’m going to call you I will. Maybe she meant 15 to 20 days and I misheard. Customer service let this company down. On a positive every workman who stepped through the door has been brilliant. Shame no one actually knows how to repair the systems they install. Jumpers, hats and scarves it is then.

We had the heat pump, internal insulation etc from the Eco4 grant. All the lads that turned up were fantastic. They were so polite and very good at their jobs. Even when my dog stole their tools and got in the way. Very professional and I highly recommend them.

Excellent service all round, the team who did the underfloor insulation and the boiler fitters we all courteous, respectful of my property, informative. More importantly very efficient, also cleaned up and removed any debris. At all times they kept me informed at all stages of the install.
Best of all the whole package, boiler, underfloor insulation, extractor fan in the bathroom, trickle vents on the windows and new air bricks - cost? Free, no charge.
After service has also been good, I had a slight problem and they were on it straight away. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great service start to finish. Had a Navian 40kw boiler fitted alongside underfloor insulation. Michael the Surveyor was very friendly & informative and made the decision to proceed with the installation an easy one, as there was no hard sell. It took one full day for the boiler to be fitted & the underfloor insulation to be done, which involved a full floor lift. The results were amazing. We have wood flooring in one of the rooms & they managed to do the full floor lift with only minimal damage to some skirting board trims, nothing that a spot of glossing wont remedy. The gas engineer worked tirelessly all day. All of the fitters were friendly, courteous & tidy - very pleased with the service & results. We had a sight issue with setting up the controls for the new boiler but this was remedied within one week of installation & Michael the Surveyor assisted us with getting this sorted. Would recommend.

Had solar PV panels, air source heat pump and interior insulation installed on a grant scheme with impact energy.

They were quick to get the install started, sent out their fitters to measure up.
Once they started I caught the older gent plasterer smoking inside my house on multiple occasions, while my pregnant girlfriend was in the house. He lied to me about it, made LOADS of mess dust from insulation board, plaster board and wood piled up everywhere with no attempt to clean up, best they could do was sweep it up into the middle of the room. I had to take all the offcuts of material to the tip myself in my own car, as they don’t deal with the waste they create…
Did not even have a brush or hoover to clean up.
Plasterer left bucket of water upstairs which leaked and soaked through into the ceiling below which damaged it had to be repaired after they left.
I was sick of the total lack of respect with this plasterer so when I found he had been smoking in the house again I did not allow him into the property again. Total embarrassment to the company. If he is in your home beware he can not be trusted.

The replacement plasterers were amazing quick professional and clean.

Air source heat pump was installed quickly and they took all their meds with them, however the pipes were routed with zero thought at all, total mess and I had the plumber back to rectify the mess. No condensation drain fitted so when we had our snow and ice recently it presented a huge slipping hazard.

I had an issue with the heating not working properly once the install was completed this left us without heating for almost 3 weeks before they sent out a boiler tech to resolve it, great chap who explained things properly, the original installers didn’t explain anything to me

Solar PV was installed quickly and efficiently friendly installers and electricians.

They fitted a ceiling vent in my kitchen after insulating the ceiling, the vent makes the kitchen freezing so will be removing it and filling it in.

If you are happy with “industrial” piping and electrical trunking routed wherever is easiest for the installer. Then this company is for you.

On the whole install has made a big difference to our old drafty cold Terrace house, house comfortably sits at 18-19 degrees all day with the air source ticking over nicely.

Can’t really comment on the solar or as it’s winter currently, only had the install finished a few months.

The boiler tech/plumbers and electricians were great from Impact and I’d be happy to recommend them to a friend or family. However due to the repeated total disrespect from the plasterers. Totally unprepared and unprofessional idiots. Having them in the house and the stress and upset they caused left a bad taste in our mouths so would not recommend impact energy. 2 stars is being kind.

A neighbour was using a company based in Newcastle, much better install and they prepped the house with plastic roll, cleaned up and took everything away with them. They even took some of my Off cuts for me Wished I’d picked that company over Impact energy.

Found staff Rude over the phone pestering me for photos that their surveyor had forgotten to take, or for my landlord to sign off on the job so they can get paid before it was even completed…
