Really happy with the install of my solar panels, inverter and battery today, the impact team were very meticulous with their work and very polite. I was given explanations of how the system was performing throughout the day.. it was still producing energy on a dull, cloudy day.
And the end of the install the team tidied every up and i was given a final demo of the system.

Electrical Impact team (Joe and Andy) were terrific. Very careful explanation of work plan, got the electrical works done on plan. Neat and tidy working. Cleared up after install. Demo of monitoring app. Panels now fitted, looks and works per expectations. Team fitting panels were tidy and well organised. Panels on NW Aspect look great, see pic

Solar / Tesla 3 battery & AC. Wonderful in every aspect. Brilliant start with really informative survey & consult (no hard sell here!). Thoroughly professional support from the office in lead up to install (certs etc). I was kept fully up to date throughout & everything took place on schedule. Team turned up on time each day. They were polite, knowledgeable & professional. I really felt I could trust them. Quality of work is outstanding (I am fussy too!). Job done in 2.5 days!! Project promptly closed off with all necessary certs etc. Overall - Wonderful job! PS the install team love sausage rolls & bacon sandwiches 😉

Absolutely brilliant team came to install my solar panels. They worked quickly and tidily, explained everything to me and made a beautiful job of it. Tom, the electrician, had to come back the next day and made sure everything was working correctly and explained it all to me. I fully recommend this company.

Everyone from The Office staff to the installers were pleasant and dealt with any queries promptly. The solar panel installers had quite a job because having an older property our roof is quite wobbly but they got the panels are straight as they could. One of the electricians even diagnosed a problem I had with my hot tub and fixed it for me within a minute. Overall a very good experience with a very competitive price. The system is up and running as it should and we are now storing and generating our own electricity which is brilliant.
