I spoke to a number of companies."local" and national before coming across Imperial solar.
In my experience most either operate the hard sell, or they expect you to be the expert and tell them how many panels and which battery size you want.
Imperial Solar, were the complete opposite.
From my initial enquiry, they were excellent.
Helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I provided them with details of my usage and my address.
From that, they calculated the optimum system based and provided a detailed, professional quotation broken down by component and even included a visual example of my home with the panels on the roof.
The team who carried out the install, were equally as good. I was kept fully informed at all times and the install was very well executed.
I managed sales and project teams for many years and I couldnt fault the people, or the process from start to finish.
I don't often write reviews, except for exceptionally good, or an exceptionally bad customer experience.
This was an exceptionally good one.
Based on my experience, I would happily recommend Imperial Solar to anyone

Amazing service. Gigs had the team out in no time to come and do an install of my new fox battery system with the inverter. Lads were great, fast, efficient and very friendly.
