I wanted a new Riser recliner chair for my Father
I wanted a new Riser recliner chair for my elderly disabled Father. I rang Independent Mobility Beverley and spoke to Shauna who was extremely helpful and was able to arrange a home visit the following day. Mike & Pete came with two chairs for him to try. Both Mike & Pete were fantastic, professional, friendly and respectful. We ended up buying both chairs and they took 2 old chairs away with them. Brilliant service from start to finish.

We recently purchased an adjustable bed and were extremely pleased with the service provided-- knowledgeable, confident in the product and clearly familiar with the full range. She was interested in our thoughts and provided thoughtful well informed advice.
She was also very accommodating when it came to the delivery times and even arranged for assistance for us with the movers. at our end. What also stood out was the call several days later to check everything was ok, we require an adjustment and it has been arranged to suit us. All in all a seamless professional experience . Highly recommended.

Was served yesterday by Carl in the Witham Hull store. Carl was very helpful, friendly & supportive with my mum who was unsure whether to buy a rise & recline chair.
Carl was very patient & spent a lot of time explaining the different chairs & mechanisms with my mum.
We left the store after my mum purchased a rise & recline chair, feeling reassured.

Absolutely delighted by the service we got here. Previously we had been mis-sold a chair that didn't meet our needs by a different supplier.
Carl, the show-man, listened carefully to our needs, showed us an appropriate model and then gave us a full demonstration to show us this machine did indeed do what we wanted.
I cannot begin to express my appreciation, this level of service was everything we didn't get from a local competitor.
I can fully recommend this firm for anyone with mobily needs.

I visited the Witham, Hull showroom as it is big with plenty of mobility scooters to see. Ann-Marie was very welcoming, caring and knowledgeable. She showed me how to use one and how to take it apart for stowing in the car. I checked some other stores but decided to come back to Independent Mobility mainly because of the good service. Very nice scooter for my elderly mum. Thank you, highly recommended.
