The company ordered scaffolding and provided my contact details to them without my consent. The scaffolding company was aggressive over the phone, claiming they are at my house when I haven't ordered any scaffolding. It was very scary. The scaffolding was ordered by solar panel company and they failed to communicate their actions to me. They are motivated by hard sale with no regards for people. I am not going to proceed with this company.

Just the most brilliant service. Both the electrician (who also helped out with an unexpected problem that arose at the same time) and the solar panel installer were excellent. Knowledgeable, considerate, explained every stage and very patient. Could not recommend highly enough a pleasure to deal with.

Signed up for solar through the local council with solar together. Infinity came round and did a survey and explained how it would all work. Insulation was surprisingly quick. Electricians installed the inverter and all the wiring to the consumer unit and another team fitted the panels. Had a few teething problems but was all sorted. Now getting free energy from the ?.

Second installation first was solar panels and iboost, latest was installation of 2 battery's. Jake who did the installation was very friendly and did a super job. Highly recommend.

After sales and technical help etc with some queries nearly 2 years on from from installation, from both Michael and Connor at head office, have been hugely helpful. Both really guys were really courteous and efficient. Panels still working well and all good.

The installation team - Kyle, James & Chay - called to say when they would arrive and when they did, introduced themselves to us. Any time they needed to come into the house they removed their shoes without being asked, they were also very polite and easy to work with. They discussed and agreed with us where the 'inside equipment' - Inverter, Batteries and Switchgear was to be located. The cable route was also agreed and arranged so that it was unobtrusive. All in all we are very happy to recommend Infinity Renewables

Initial install is fine, but they don't protect from birds nesting underneath them. Pigeons in our case. We now have to spend THOUSANDS rectifying it so we don't have pigeons ruining our patio, roof and waking us up in the mornings.
