I spoke with Princess today who was very helpful in setting up my account for the first time! Princess even stayed on the line with me to make sure that I was able to log in for the first time, which prevented a further call of things didn’t work. My account was set up with ease and I was able to load credit without any difficulties!

I wish I had the option for 0 star! The worst company ever to deal with and this is from someone that has several properties and deal with utilities providers all over. I don't normally leave reviews but I feel customer's should be aware of this non sense provider. I took a new property on board and the old tenants debts are being discounted from my credits. Any utility supplier start charging you from day 1 you moved in but with this you are charged any previous debts and they said its not their job to deal with it therefore it's your job to chase old tenants if you want to get paid which they already refused. Further their system, never work, customer service on the phone is useless, I called several times and they never managed to help, they would investigate or speak to other department and never call back. Then tried sending an email over 20 days no response. I had issue with the heating system which was showing faulty, loud noise for several hours and yet again they need to raise the issue and would return, never returned! It's ridiculous the whole experience with them and still I have all the above issues to resolve. I wish I had another supplier option unfortunately they are the only supplier in my block!

one of the worst energy companies both I and other residents have experienced. Low tech setup, won't accept correct meter readings and incredibly slow consumer responses to issues, if and when they are answered, often there is no response. Only reason I and other residents are with this awful company is because of being forced to do so. Step up, improve, modernize and introduce some efficiency and technology and then we might see improvements but I have little faith this will occur.

The company deserves not even a 1 star because of how horrible and outdated its systems are. There are no postpaid bills at the end of the month, you have to top up repeatedly or you risk losing heat in your apartment. They have an automated phone line and an online guest checkout service to top up but neither of these ever seem to work. The only way to pay that works is by setting up an account with them. I submitted a move in form to set up an account and they sent the account activation email to the wrong email address. I called two weeks later to inquire where they informed me of the error and said it will be fixed. Two more weeks go by and I get the most useless email from one of their staff informing me that an account activation email been sent to the wrong email address. This had already been confirmed before so I have no idea why they bothered sending this email especially since there was nothing in the email that pointed to any actions they were taking to fix the error. At this point it had been a month since I submitted a move in form so I called again and very angrily demanded they fix the problem right then and there over the phone call. Usually they note down the issue and it takes 10 days for someone to even email you back and I was done waiting. Artur was more than accommodating, he parsed through my anger to understand the nuances of the issue and went beyond standard procedures to contact the accounts team and fix the issue. Truly one of the best and calmest customer service representatives I have had the pleasure of working with especially given how angry and frustrated I was with the company. He deserves 5 stars and more. His conduct has definitely improved how I view the company. Now if they could just update their outdated technologies, I’d consider giving them a higher rating.

Hi I spoke to John on the phone this morning regarding my bill and having trouble with my emails and logging in to my Insite account he was very helpful in explaining why my bill was so high I have previously rang many times before and found no help very inconsiderate in regarding by bill issues and was confused on when I am supposed to be paying my bills and how it works. I am extremely happy with John and his customer service today he explained everything in detail and now I have a better understanding and feel less stressed out about the whole situation and next time I need and any help I would definitely wish to speak to John again
