We contacted Inyo after our original installer let us down when our heating failed.
Matt and Steve have been fantastic in helping us source the fault and fixing it in the middle of winter. Very much appreciated and we will be using them as our preferred company from now on. I recommend them to anyone with a heat pump.

Job ran over schedule, but otherwise went perfectly; we had a leak in the system, but Inyo sent a plumber immediately to find and fix it (at 8pm).

We've now had our ASHP installed and running for 4 months with no issues, just plenty of hot water when required, and a nice cosy home.

I cannot recommend INYO based on my experience. It pretends to be a company that will work in an integrates way
but is basically a one man band with multiple layers of subcontracting and short lived staff doing odd bits here and there.

We had to point out the wrong panels had been delivered and constantly chase for updates despite theoretically having a 'project manager' who we never met.

The installed ASHP had a leak in the system which we pointed out for months after installation, but we kept being told to 'keep topping the system up' so that it 'settled', and they never sent someone to investigate. We eventually had to pay another company to come and find the leak (INYO did then fix it and reimburse).

Once the project was complete, it transpired that the witness testing for the solar panels that we had paid for never happened. It took another 6 months of weekly chasing and angry phone calls to sort out (although they still haven't reimbursed the testing that never happened).

I would avoid this company: if anything goes wrong (inevitable in any project), you'll spend more hours than it's worth chasing for a resolution and regret ever getting involved. Go with a larger company with more in house staff and better post-installation service.
