Ian fitted my ATAG boiler a few years back. I needed help with a badly fitted leaky wet room and decided to get a complete refit. My bathroom looks fantastic. Ian and his team are honest and hard-working. They have a very high standard of workmanship. Quality comes first with this company. I would not use anyone else and if I needed other work done, I'd as Ian for recommendations. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Exceptional service. Ian was there almost as quickly as I put the phone down to deal with my emergency call out. Leak was fixed in a flash and boiler was tuned up. Turnaround for both was around fifteen minutes. No hidden extras. Just an honest tradesman out providing a quality service. I would use this service again in confidence. 10/10

Ian did a great job at fixing up our boiler again as it was completely blocked and no pressure was left. He arrived 10 minutes after me calling him for an emergency call which was amazing as our flat was really cold and due to my disability I have to stay in the warmth.
Very professional and kind.

Unfortunately this is a negative review,got a new concealed cistern fitted but because my old cistern had a big flush plate and the new one only had a small round button we would need the tile replaced which I had spares but plumber could not fit tiles so instead of sending a tiler along with plumber we have been left with two flushers which looks stupid,so unfinished job,also the silicone applied around toilet is terrible.On top of this the job was costly considering not finished.just to let you know you told my husband you had a tiler.

The team were fantastic from start to finish. Changing from a 20 year old boiler system. Installed a Vaillant 5kw heat pump, 250L hot water tank, iboost which was all connected to work with a battery and solar system. Iain and Kerry took their time to measure the house heat loss calculations and clearly explained what was needed and why. Kept tidy and everything was cleared away. They were very accommodating to our pets.

Compared with several other quotes they were very well priced and were able to install exactly how we wanted.

Had to tweak a few Vaillant settings after install and Iain came out during the Christmas holidays. You can tell they really care about their clients. 10/10 install. already recommended to friends, family and neighbours.

I had a leak from a towel rail and phoned Is Plumbing on Monday morning. Someone came out Monday afternoon to review it. It was then replaced on Wednesday with no mess. Great job.
