Completely restored my phone! I was delayed and yet they were accommodating. Although they quoted an hour for the repair, it was done within 10-15 minutes and I was discounted on a screen protector. Completely worth the money it was the best service I've received on a phone repair. 100% recommended, great people and service.

Absolute superb service! My Google Pixel 6's screen popped out due to a swollen battery - went to EE first who quoted me hundreds of pounds and said my screen was broken (there isn't a scratch on my screen!). Thankfully I noticed there was a nearby iSmash and the honest gentleman working there understood this is only a battery issue and was happy to replace it straight away. I had an issue with the camera lens on my iPhone 13 Pro and needed it sorted out quickly. Mauro at iSmash was amazing – he squeezed me in for a last-minute appointment, which I really appreciated. He knew exactly what he was doing, cleaned and fixed the lens perfectly, and even gave me a great discount. Mauro was super friendly and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Absolutely incredible experience.
I had water damage on my phone and watched as Mauro delicately took it apart and checked exactly what hardware was defective, and fixed it in front of my eyes in just 45 minutes.
He also gave lots of excellent advice on phone maintenance and upkeep. You can book an appointment online easily as well.
The office is a bit hard to locate, it’s a building within the Harrow tube station on the fourth floor. The receptionists helped in finding it.

Alternatively- the Apple Store service was terrible. I’m glad I came here instead. Price was extremely reasonable and the full experience was worth it

Honestly best phone service ever, way more useful then anything Apple would have done. I came to get my iPhone looked at as it has water damage, the screen was glitching and had gone black and white with flashing bars all over it. He was very attentive and informative. Walked me through the whole process and had my phone up and working in 30 minutes. One of the best customer service treatments out there. Genuinely made my day!!
