An absolute disgrace of an energy company - constant issues with them throughout our stay in an apartment which they supplied. Their rates were ridiculously high, particularly the standing charge (thankfully they came down as the year progressed). Had to chase them to provide a bill, weren't able to provide one for 6+ months despite constant emails. Partially to blame for the delay in the return of our deposit. Avoid using this company!

Absolutely disgusted at their customer service doesn't listen to you when you are trying to explain you have mental health issues kept accusaing me of shouting when I have a disability which causes me to have a raised voice but they refused to accept it and kept discriminated against me. 5 agents in a row discriminated me and all hung up on me. They refused to take my calls afterwards they also refused me a manager

The only issue is to enter and exit (to right) from it, considering the speed limits on this road. It's very time-consuming and dangerous if not very careful and patient while doing so.

Absolutely useless the hot water to my flat being cut off even when I have topped up , and even when not using heating or hot water they still charging you , the in property system doesn’t work . Will be looking to report them to the right authority .

Never answer the phone, it actually rings out and disconnects you. Never respond to emails. Major issues with billing, never consistently take DD, so never know what and when money will be taken.
Need to be taken over and restructured. Awful company and customer service

Barely answer the phone or emails. The ISTA meter screen doesn’t show. Iv had issues with on site pressure and been recovering no hot water or heating to my flat but my account is still being charged. I do not rate this company or metering system!
