Excellent service from Welja who sorted out a tricky problem with a new phone which had not come from this store. There were a couple of odd things happening (including making calls to some numbers but not others). She worked out what was wrong, told me what was going on so I understood and then sorted it all out in a short time. Very knowledgeable and thoroughly professional, sorted everything out. Highly recommended.

From the initial phone call it was clear the staff at iStore were professionals.
They identified the issues and provided a clear explanation and solution.
Understanding my timeline,
Kennedy kept me updated on progress also explaining what to do once I’d left the store.
A thoroughly professional and friendly experience that literally saved the day for me.

Felt very much like they did not want to help. Apple Support had pointed me to this store, saying they offered the same Genius Bar service as an Apple Store. My new iPhone had developed a fault and was stuck in a boot loop. Despite my attempts at restoring it in recovery mode on a Mac, the phone kept restarting and eventually would not exit recovery mode at all.

I have an IT background, so I understand the process of reset, restore, and when a problem is more likely a hardware fault. Random restarts and failure to restore strongly suggest a hardware issue. However, all the assistant said was “that’s £25, takes about an hour to attempt a restore.”

I stopped him right there—this is not the genuine Apple Genius service. Apple would never charge for in-warranty support, especially when the device clearly has a fault. On top of that, the assistant came across as disinterested and unhelpful.

I’ll be sticking to the Apple Stores in Milton Keynes or Leicester from now on, where I know I’ll receive proper service and support.

I had such a great experience at iStore! I went in last minute around 4 p.m. with a cracked phone screen, and by 6 p.m. my phone was fixed and looking brand new. Thank you so much to Joe for working so hard to help me, and to his colleagues for their support. Really impressed with the fast and professional service!

Myself, my partner and daughter visited the Northampton iStore to ask for advice about about moving data from one phone to another. Charlie was incredibly helpful and sorted all the issues out with ease. While we were there I asked for advice about missing purchased music on my daughter’s iPhone. Charlie was so thorough and even though it wasn’t straightforward he persevered and solved the issue. We were there far longer than expected and I didn’t mean to be there so long but Charlie was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and I was so grateful to him for solving all our problems. 5 star service!

Booked an appointment with this place on Friday. The appointment was for the following Monday. For a battery replacement I contacted the store to confirm my appointment and to make sure the part was in stock and available for same day service as I was commuting 45 minutes.
This was confirmed.
I arrived today 15 minutes before my appointment . To be told that the service was not able to take place on the same day , and that they were closing in half an hour.
I proceeded to say that I confirmed everything with them prior to this appointment. 3 days has passed and nobody took it upon themselves to contact me and let me know that the service would not be able to happen.
The customer service was horrendous, the guy was rolling his eyes and acting so unbothered. There was no customer care there whatsoever.
I left work early to make this appointment and commuted 45 minutes.
It’s disgusting.
They then proceeded to call security to get me removed. I’m a female with a child. No threat in the slightest.
The most unprofessional customer service iv ever dealt with.
They Give such a bad name to APPLE.
I don’t recommend using them at-all.
Iv contacted apple customer care and taken it higher.

Had a sudden major problem with my phone, visited the store in Northampton, in an anxious state as I had lost vital information and couldn’t retrieve it.
Kennedy and Joe were amazing!
They could not have been more helpful, kind, and reassuring that they would sort it all out for me.
Also, they were both very patient, explaining things clearly and without making me feel a nuisance with my lack of knowledge!
