Excellent service at a great price. Pablo and Ivan were fantastic, hugely knowledgable and fixed my problem quickly and professionally. I was also surprised at great the value & speed - no more expensive than the Apple Store and my repair was done after 24 hours rather than the 10 working days quoted at Apple. Would highly recommend and thanks again to Pablo and Ivan for a superb service.

Appalling. Do not use. Please note this is NOT an Apple Store and so if you want an Apple Watch 7 battery replacement it will cost you £123 v £95 if you take your watch to a proper Apple Store.

Also terrible customer service. Arrived in time for my 11:20 appointment to find the 11:30 appointment being attended to by the only competent service guy available. I was given a trainee who couldn't do anything without waiting for the other guy to confirm what he should so or ask for the manager's help. No criticism of the trainee who was doing all he could. Pity the competent service guy didn't seem to appreciate how unsatisfactory it was for a booked customer to be continually deferred and put behind new (unbooked) customers who arrived and were immediately asked what their problem was (and then dealt with), when he could see the trainee was struggling and the manager wasn't helping the trainee since he was only interested in chatting to customers making charging cable or other purchases.

The manager should manage his staff better and try and show some genuine interest in customer care if the store wants to continue offering repair visits.

Total waste of time for me. Very frustrating. I have reported this dismal experience to Apple who, as others have said in their reviews, by contrast with this store were immediately responsive and genuinely concerned when I spoke to them on the phone about this experience and other Apple battery replacement options. Be warned!

They welcomed me so warm in the store help me to book my battery replacement and even told me how much will cost and what will be good else to be checked after they run a diagnostic.

I booked a repair two days ago for an unresponsive screen, Jordan was helping me and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect service. He was very friendly and informative, mu screen was fixed within 10 minutes! Holy recommend, thank You Jordan.
