Ordered solar panels and an inverter for my workshop. I went with ITS because their delivery was the fastest and they offered assistance with putting together a kit based on the dimensions and characteristics of the roof. Their quote was competitive too. I didn't have time to familiarise myself with the different available brands of rails, so this was very helpful. There was one misunderstanding about the specific way that I had in mind for installing the solar panels, but I can't blame ITS for that. In any case they rectified the issue immediately and sent the extra components I needed for no additional charge. I expect to order again from ITS and already recommended to others.

Recently completed an order with ITS Technologies and I received excellent customer service and support from initial contact through to after sales. Jonathan was quick to respond to my request for a quote and offered a price far better than others. Various payment method were offered which made the transaction simple. Once payment had been made I chose a delivery date suitable for me and the delivery was made at 9am that day. Unfortunately there was an issue with one of the products missing two cables, which was the suppliers fault not ITS Technologies, however it was quickly resolved and a replacement product sent out next day delivery. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

There are a million reasons why supplying Solar PV equipment is difficult right now, through this Jonathan and his team have worked really hard to deliver more than excuses. They designed, sourced and delivered the kit for this 10*JA380, GSE in-roof installation which was fitted in September. They have worked maturely with problems in sourcing GiveEnergy G2 kit. We will be dealing with them again.

Bought the Fox storage batteries on pre-order. Waited a good few months due to global supply issues. The ITS Tech. customer service was very helpful and dealt with my case promptly and efficiently, as my order wasn't without the problems - due to their supplier fault. The company kept me updated via email and also status page on the website. I will definitely use them again!

Be careful when buying a 'kit' of solar equipment, our panels and Renusol mounting trays arrived in good time but were incompatible because they failed to include the extendable arms. When I called up and spoke to Jonathan one of the directors, I was then told I had to be £100 extra to get these little extension arms. I stated this seemed unfair but he continued to argue with me so this review fairly reflects this experience. He agreed to throw in the £12 shipping so still had to pay £85 extra. Most suppliers would have thrown these in as it was their error. Silly really.
