Absolutely a waste of money. We paid thousands of pounds for a clump of knot weed around 100 meters or more from the house. The person sprayed three times which took about two minutes to do each time.
They then said we hadn't paid when we had. Also an email was sent with all our information to the people who brought our house saying we hadn't paid when we had.
Eventually after many emails it was agreed we had paid. However we have no idea If the treatment was fully completed that we paid for as we have never been told.
Steer clear and either sort it out yourself or find another company to get rid of it.
