I have dealt with company for 20 years and have previously found them friendly and reliable. They have apparently changed suppliers and the smokeless Ovals they are now supplying are rubbish with a very low calorific value and a VERY high ash content. They are also frequently soaking wet . At £25 per bag I expect more than wet ash.

Great little local family business. They have a good stock of solid fuels and bottled gas and are extremely helpful and very friendly. They're always ready for a chat and are happy to give advice. They have a small showroom with a good selection of wood burning and deal fuel stoves, and they offer a fitting service too.
