My experience commences 2021 and I am sure JLP would accept that that was not their best year for their CSD. Nothing at all wrong though with their engineering, product or installations. They promissed improvements and to their word those have been made. I now get an annual date for service, a very full and thorough inspection and report. As perfect as any could wish. Only top notch kit is used; you pay for the dogs balls and you certainly get them. Not a glitch in 3 years of continuous use.

I had a new air source heat pump fitted and have never been happier, running cost are well below what I was paying, and always got hot water through the solar system. I would recommend getting one fitted and go all electric, removing the gas meter also ment no gas standing charge, another saving.

Used for our pool. Only reason for 4 star was prolonged delay on sorting faulty heat pumps right at the beginning of the installation - despite telling them for 4 months something wasn’t right.

Installation was very good but the back up afterwards was very poor, servicing and repairs was very difficult to get someone to come out, luckily we have found a very good company near by who have been very good at repairs and service! I wouldn’t use JLP again because of there poor back up.

We had both an air source heat pump, photo voltaic cells and battery storage fitted by JL Phillips and we are very happy with the product, fitting and maintenance by this firm.
Our first buy was the the heat pump. We originally had oil fired central heating and wanted to be more environmentally friendly.
We were kept up to date as to when our installation would commence ( they were very busy) and everything commenced on the date given. The technicians were courteous and prompt.
Later in the year we has pv cells fitted and a battery too. Again good service, the electricians were friendly and they cleared up after themselves !
We are very happy and would recommend this firm
