Chelsea called to fit some replacement thermostatic radiator valves.
Chelsea was extremely good, efficient, clean and tidy, kept us informed of what she was doing, overcame a couple of problems without a fuss.

Rang them with a solar panel emergency and they were out the same day. Excellent service and the invoice was much more reasonable than we expected. On top of this we had pretty much decided to change our system as we felt it was inefficient, the man (who we later found out was David Siney) took the time to talk us through the system and how best to use it (we inherited it with a house purchase) and are using it so much more efficiently now. I cannot recommend this company enough! Reliable, honest, great customer service and excellent value for money.

Absolutely fantastic service on an oil leak on internal fire safety valve.

Rang Wednesday afternoon. Attended Friday. Went and collected parts and returned later that day to fit.

I am a Refrigeration engineer by trade and would be proud of the quality of pipework and valve fitting carried out

Excellent service from Dave and Richard. Boiler needed urgent replacing just before Christmas and couldn't fault the speed, professionalism and price. Nothing was too much trouble
- they went out of their way to ensure we were back up and running on Christmas Eve. Very friendly and helpful team. Would highly recommend this company.

I would like to thank Dave for the help and support he gave my parents today whilst looking at their Rayburn. My parents are 86 and having been taken advantage of previously it was fantastic to hear of Daves trust worthy, thorough, honest and friendly approach.
