Dropped off my Dell PC as it had suddenly stopped POSTing. I had checked everything that I could and couldn't find the issue. John had a look and identified the issue, a faulty SSD. He didn't have a replacement in stock but offered to order the replacement part. He also explained what needed to be done after the SSD was replaced.
I replaced the SSD and followed his instructions and the PC is now up and running.
Many thanks John, as you said , it was a real 'head scratcher' !
Also John wouldn't accept any payment as in his words 'he didn't actually fix it' but I wouldn't have been able to fix it without his advice and guidance.
I would absolutely recommend Jtec for any of your tech issues.

John is absolutely incredible. My computer gave him problems but he wouldn't give up until he solved the issue. My sister has had John working on her computers for years and we both think that he is the best! HIGHLY Recommend.

After a disappointing wasted trip to the Falkirk Vodaphone store to see if I could get the charging point fixed on my phone, I tried Jtech, a place I've had nothing but honest advice and help from.
As usual he delivered, within 2 mins he gad my phone up and running thanks again, I can't place him and the shop high enough in great service

I took my PC here and was extremely happy with the service. J is welcoming and helpful. Eventhough he seems swamped with work, he gets the job done quick and with a high level of professionalism.
He was reassuring about the fix and provided vital information. I honestly can say that it's the best tech repair business I have ever been too!
J can also source parts from his supplier and keeps the conversation clear and concise when it comes to discussing issues. He helped find the best deals for parts and got everything done super speedy. I will be definitely be bringing all my future tech issues his way!
