I cannot recommend Jack’s Cleaners enough! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my specific cleaning needs. The attention to detail and quality of cleaning exceeded my expectations.

Not only do they offer excellent cleaning services, but their turnaround time is also impressive. The prices are very reasonable considering the high-quality service and results. Plus, the convenient location makes it easy to drop off and pick up my clothes.

The service was generally fine for about a year—fairly standard overall. However, the main man in charge is quite opinionated, which can be discouraging when trying to explain specific tasks or concerns.
Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant incident that left a lasting impression. My vintage Trussardi hoodie, a cherished piece gifted by my mother, was returned to me in a completely mangled state. It had been in excellent condition with high-quality cotton, and I was heartbroken to see it ruined.

I’m still unsure how such damage could have occurred, but it was deeply disappointing. Needless to say, I won’t be returning there again. Be aware with your vintage and expensive clothes!

I went to pick up my coat from Jack's Cleaners. It had been closed following the fire. I have to say I felt a ton of compassion for them having to shut their doors for three weeks. As we mourn the widespread loss in our community, we have to think about how our local businesses can still exist and thrive. It's a lot of stress. In saying all that I was so touched to learn they went out of their way to clean our clothes again. The already clean clothes that had been locked up during their closure. They were worried about smoke or ash odors on our clothes and chose to clean them again at no cost. They did not have to do this but they did. That's the kind of business they are. True professionals and caring people. I wish them the very best in this recovery time. I will always recommend and send people to Jack's. Thank you, guys!

Good service! They keep it straight with you. They let you know if it can be fixed or cleaned, and if it’s worth it. Also, they take care of your garments. Other places put staples or pins that make holes in your favorite clothes. These guys have common sense and courtesy. Attention to details.

Extremely pleased with the dry cleaning and tailoring! Excellent customer service. I believe it's the owner I talk with and he is a nice, funny and all around great guy! Treats my mom 93 year old Mom with great respect and kindness ❤️ same goes for the way he treats myself & my teenage son!

Great service! I called around 11 am stating that I needed 2 items pressed. I asked if I could have them ready for the same day. With a very welcoming approach, the owner said he would have it ready before the end of the day. It was ready 2 hours before closing. I love the fact that I got a courtesy text message when the clothes were ready. The place is very bright, and clean and has an incredible positive vibe. This place is the state-of-the-art cleaners. Very different than other cleaners. Definitely out of the ordinary!
