Jaluch delivered an HR training workshop for my organisation. The planning and organisation was smooth and efficient. The costs were reasonable and included tech support -so it was turn up and go. The pre course materials were clear and well presented. The trainer was highly knowledgeable and competent, as well as a strong presenter. She flexed the content on the day to our needs, as it was a small group, which exceeded our expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to use Jaluch again.

Jaluch delivered an engaging and informative training session on the subject of Finance for Non-Finance Managers to our team. The trainer brought the subject to life with relevant, practical exercises and the feedback from the delegates was positive with tangible actions taken from the training. I have no hesitation in recommending Jaluch as an excellent training provider.

The Staff Representative Training, which Jaluch delivered was excellent! The trainer created an environment where everyone felt comfortable and the delegates felt like they took something positive away from the day. There was a good mix of interactive activities and in particular the icebreakers were spot on. The only constructive comment is that the day wasn’t long enough and we ran out of time but otherwise we were really happy with the trainer and the course itself.

I attended a 'Train the Virtual Trainer' event in February 2022. It was very well run by Helen and Tia. The class size (7?) was ideal for interaction and opportunity to ask questions. My intention in attending was to fill some gaps in my knowledge and to get a few new ideas, and that need was fulfilled. Helen was a very accomplished and straightforward trainer which I appreciated. I participated in the Train the Virtual Trainer workshop and it was fantastic! Helen and Claudette are experts in their field and bring plenty of energy and excitement to their sessions. I learned lots and was energized at the end of the workshop. My goal is to impart that same energy in my own sessions. Highly recommend!
